Macarons

Mmmm,pistachio macarons for breakfast. I bought these at a favorite french bakery in Escondido. I don't get there very often,but when I do,well you can see what happens. There isn't a photo of the beautiful brioche,because I ate first and then thought about getting out the camera.

 

Here's an Easter photo of Nick and I. He had been home for a whole week on spring break and I was so happy to have him here. He's back at school and work now and as always,my heart is a bit broken.
