Thankful

I am so thankful to have had a sunny day! I'm SoCal girl,born and bred,and the seemingly endless rain was really driving be bonkers. So today while the glorious sun shone upon us,I opened all the doors a windows,let the chi's out to bask,and sat by my window and stitched.

The rain has obviously been good for the plants,and this rose bush is happily trying to cover my window. The hummingbird who is a regular visitor was too quick to snap a photo of,maybe I'll catch him tomorrow.
